By downloading, installing, registering, or accessing the Boss Rummy platform (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in cash games on Boss Rummy. Participation is restricted in Indian states where pay-to-play skill games are prohibited by state laws, including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, and Sikkim.
3. User Account and Security
Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account. Providing false identification, creating multiple duplicate accounts, or sharing account credentials may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of bonus balances.
4. Game Rules and Fair Play Policy
Boss Rummy enforces a strict Anti-Fraud and Anti-Collusion policy. The use of automated bots, third-party cheat software, card prediction scripts, or unfair group collusion is strictly prohibited and subject to permanent account termination.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
Check the withdrawal screen for the current minimum, supported methods and any fees. Confirm beneficiary details before submitting and retain the request reference.
6. Limitation of Liability
Online card gaming involves financial risks. Boss Rummy shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred due to individual gameplay decisions, unstable internet connectivity on the user's end, or unauthorized third-party access to the user's mobile device.
